The Job:

Source product options and “schemes” requested by interior designers via email or phone.

Manage all aspects of order entry, including quotes, reserves, sales order entry and order processing, along with all required follow up.

Display integrity with an ever-present commitment to providing the best possible Customer Service experience.

Keep product merchandising up to date according to standardized company rotations.

Maintain a fresh and desirable showroom aesthetic with frequently updated product displays.

Manage our customer base and build key relationships within the local design community.

Increase our customer base through research and observation, including the use of social media to create new leads and become a prime designer resource.

Make a conscious effort to host and attend industry events.

Key To Success:

Ideally, a college degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in either Design, fashion related sales, or prior industry sales experience.

Positive, energetic, can-do attitude.

Passionate about luxury products, interior design, architecture, and fashion.

Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and follow up skills.

Do you have Business Analysis experience, including delivering requirements, user stories and Agile documentation? Are you enthusiastic, motivated and a proactive individual? Are you detail orientated? As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a strategic business and technology project across the organisation. You will lead discovery activities with stakeholders at all levels, define requirements, evaluate improvements, and drive clarity in complex environments.


What will you do?


• Support the internal project team with delivering the project (which is forecast to conclude at end of 2028)
• Lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements, priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Facilitate alignment across teams and departments, ensuring shared understanding of scope, constraints, and objectives.
• Produce high-quality documentation, including requirements specifications, functional designs, process flows, user stories, and backlog items.
• Lead and support Agile ceremonies including story refinement, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Provide analytical leadership to the development team, ensuring clarity, traceability, and testability of requirements.
• Own and deliver process modelling activities (As Is and To Be), identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to production processes and articulate the benefits and impacts of proposed solutions.
• Manage and coordinate discovery, workshop, and delivery timelines to support projects.
• Provide clear, timely reporting to stakeholders on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project governance, financial controls, and resource planning
• Ensure strict control and appropriate handling of sensitive client and business information.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and evolving industry practices.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements to existing systems and business processes
• Advocate for the effective use of technology across the organisation. Requirements
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience (ideally within manufacturing or retail)
• Experience delivering requirements, user stories, and Agile documentation
• Strong understanding of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience working with database-driven systems and cross-platform integrations
• Experience working with eCommerce environments (beneficial but not essential).
• Ability to manage shifting deadlines and conflicting priorities
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and able to communicate effectively
• Approachable and adaptable
• Detail oriented with a methodical problem-solving approach
